Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

SMS Messaging
Alsop Pediatric Concierge may use SMS messaging to send appointment reminders, scheduling updates, membership communications, informational messages, and limited marketing communications where permitted.
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After confirmation, you will no longer receive messages unless you opt in again.
For assistance, reply HELP.
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information and SMS consent data will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Placing Orders for Goods
By placing an Order for Goods or membership services, You confirm that You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
Your Information
When placing an Order or submitting a form, You may be asked to provide accurate and complete information including contact and payment details.
You represent that all information provided is truthful and that You are authorized to use any payment method submitted.
Order Cancellation
Memberships, concierge services, and Goods are subject to the cancellation terms provided at the time of enrollment or purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Orders due to errors, availability, or suspected fraud.
Order Cancellation Rights
Due to the personalized nature of concierge medical services, certain Goods or services may be non-refundable once initiated. Refund eligibility, if any, will be outlined in your membership or service agreement.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information on the Service is complete or current. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time.
Prices Policy
Prices for memberships and services may change at any time. Changes do not affect active memberships unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payments
All payments are processed as one-time or recurring payments, depending on the selected service. Payment authorization is required prior to service delivery.

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Disputes Resolution
You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting Alsop Pediatric Concierge before pursuing formal legal action.
Severability and Waiver
Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive future enforcement.
Translation Interpretation
If translated, the English version controls.
