With over 14 years of pediatric experience in Ocala, Jessica brings clinical depth and a mother’s heart to every visit. Her background in primary care and pediatric neurology allows her to care for both typical and complex needs with thoughtfulness and precision.
Alsop Pediatric Concierge operates as a private-pay membership practice so families receive extended visits, same-day sick care, and direct access, without the rush of traditional insurance models.
I knew early on that I was meant to care for children. Long before degrees and credentials, I simply loved being with kids. Their resilience. Their honesty. Their ability to light up a room.
Becoming a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner wasn’t just a career choice. It was a calling.
During nursing school at Belmont University, I volunteered in the NICU at Vanderbilt as a “cuddler,” holding and comforting newborns in their most fragile moments.
I began my career as a Registered Nurse on a pediatric post-operative unit, later earning my Master’s degree from The University of Tennessee and completing my Pediatric Nurse Practitioner training in primary care.
My time in Pediatric Neurology at UF Health Shands Hospital deeply shaped me. It was there that I developed a special love for caring for children with complex needs, including Autism, and supporting families who often feel unheard.
After the birth of my second child, something shifted.
As a mother, I experienced firsthand how vulnerable it feels to advocate for your child’s health. I saw how often parents were rushed, dismissed, or forced into decisions that didn’t feel right.
I knew there had to be another way.
That conviction led me to open my own pediatric concierge practice.
Owning my own practice allows me to offer something rare in today’s healthcare system: time.
No rushing.
No assembly-line medicine.
No insurance-driven limitations.
As a cash-pay concierge clinic, I have the freedom to provide truly individualized care and same-day availability when families need it most.
I believe parents know their child best.
Your observations matter.
Your instincts matter.
Your voice matters.
I call this parent-led care. Together, we create thoughtful, personalized plans to support and optimize your child’s health, whether that means preventive guidance, deeper testing, or thinking outside mainstream approaches.
When you walk into my office, you won’t be a number.
You won’t be rushed.
You’ll be heard.
And your child will be cared for as if they were my own.
